We really enjoyed they aesthetic we chose for the university students / trend setters target audience and wanted to explore more ways we could take this. The graphic style that we have used is one element we could not change as this is the link to the 70's game arcade feel. Instead we looked more into ways we could change the subject matter and imagery to make the piece more interesting.
Space invaders is a very well known arcade game that almost everyone has heard or seen of before, especially our target audience. We decided that using the game's enemies would be a fun way of incorporating a fighting / battle element into the design.
